Terms and Conditions – DV999 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to dv999.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dv999 ("dv999", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dv999 platform — whether for sports betting, live casino, Ludo games, crash games, or any other product — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dv999 platform. Continued use of dv999 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

By completing the registration process on dv999 and clicking "I agree" or any equivalent confirmation, you enter into a binding agreement with dv999 subject to these Terms. This agreement is effective from the moment your account is confirmed active.

These Terms apply to all users of the dv999 platform regardless of how they access it — via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any application made available by dv999 at a future date. The Terms apply equally to free-play activity and real-money wagering.

dv999 reserves the right to refuse registration or deny access to any individual without providing a reason, at our sole discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — individuals from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited, individuals who have previously been suspended or banned, and individuals who cannot satisfy age verification requirements.

To register and use dv999 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. dv999 does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of dv999.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended dv999 account.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing an online betting platform is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. dv999 may request documentary verification of this information at any time — including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) verification for Pakistani players. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your dv999 account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out from shared or public devices after each session.

dv999 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you receive any message requesting your dv999 password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@dv999.click immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dv999 immediately by contacting our support team. dv999 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account pending resolution. dv999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security measures.

dv999 reserves the right to suspend, freeze or close any account at any time for operational, security, compliance or responsible gaming reasons. Where an account is closed other than for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification.

dv999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

All funds deposited into your dv999 account must originate from a payment source in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party, is prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

dv999 reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits that cannot be verified may be held pending investigation and, in cases where fraud is confirmed, will be returned to the originating payment source and reported to the relevant authorities.

dv999 is committed to fast, frictionless withdrawals in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If a different withdrawal method is requested, dv999 support must be contacted and additional verification will be required.

Standard withdrawal processing times at dv999 are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 5 minutes of approval.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank IBFT: 2 to 4 business hours after approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on issuing bank.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification for accounts that have not previously completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively within their account settings to avoid any delay when withdrawing for the first time.

dv999 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review and provided with an estimated resolution timeline.

dv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion carries specific terms that are published alongside the offer itself. The following general conditions apply to all dv999 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds and free bets are available only to players who have completed registration and met any minimum deposit requirement stated in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple (e.g. 25× or 30×) is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering on certain game types — typically Baccarat Banker bets, low-margin sports bets, and in some cases live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one promotional bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• dv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or extend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-offer, players who have already opted in will complete the promotion under the original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, will be void along with any associated winnings. The account will be closed.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the dv999 platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds changes after confirmation do not affect an accepted bet.
• dv999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the odds were significantly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake.
• In-play betting is available on selected events. The availability of in-play markets is at dv999's discretion and markets may be suspended or removed at any time during live events.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe specified by dv999's rules, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport's rules as published in the full sports betting terms document available from dv999 support.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed within the bet slip for each market. dv999 may impose individual stake limits on specific players at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Results are determined using official sources. Where an official result is disputed or under review, dv999 reserves the right to defer settlement until the outcome is officially confirmed.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the rules of each individual event within the accumulator. If any selection is void, the accumulator will be recalculated with that selection removed.

All casino games and skill games (including Ludo, crash games and RNG table games) on dv999 use independently audited random number generation technology. The outcomes of all games are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the platform or by other players.

Live dealer games at dv999 are operated using physical cards and equipment that are visible via live video stream throughout play. The rules of each live dealer game variant are displayed within the game interface before play begins. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand game rules before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, dv999 will attempt to recreate the game state from server logs and resolve the round. Where this is not possible, the round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's balance. dv999 will not be liable for losses that directly resulted from a platform-side technical failure, though any such losses will be investigated and rectified upon player request.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Any jackpot or significant win that results from a demonstrable malfunction will not be honoured. dv999 will investigate such cases promptly and communicate outcomes to the affected player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dv999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in these activities will have their account immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals held pending investigation, and all bonus balances forfeited:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent account restrictions.
• Automated betting: Using any software, bot, script or automated system to place bets or interact with the dv999 platform in a manner not possible through normal human interaction.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or betting market on dv999.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or bonus structures in a manner that exposes dv999 to financial risk beyond the normal course of games of chance.
• Money laundering: Using dv999 for the purposes of laundering funds of any origin. dv999 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposit claims, initiating unjustified chargebacks, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your dv999 account, or using someone else's account credentials.

dv999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Pakistani players. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take seriously our responsibility to provide tools that help players manage their activity.

The following tools are available to all dv999 account holders at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your dv999 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting will be suspended for that period.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any dv999 content without prior written permission from dv999. Scraping platform data, reverse engineering any software component, or misappropriating any dv999 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

dv999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available without interruption and that all game outcomes are accurate, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dv999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business or opportunity arising from your use of the dv999 platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
• Losses arising from events beyond dv999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dv999's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

dv999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dv999 will notify registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage for a period of at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to read any amendment notice and the updated Terms. Continued use of the dv999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using dv999 and request account closure before the effective date.
